LEFTY is an unconventional chair,
based on the idea to create a new
archetype and questioning existing
conventions. A two part polyurethane
seat is based on an aluminium frame.
additional structures enforce the
static bond of the frame and show
analogy to manufacturing processes
of machines or motorcycles.

"Work and Progress" at the new
Egyptian Museum in Munich.

In the stunning subterranean space
there will be a exhibition, that
shows the design process from the
idea to the final product. thoughts,
sketches and prototypes will allow
a deep insight into the world of
HANSANDFRANZ.

During this winter-season on the top
of the Grand Hotel Bayerischer Hof
Munich you can take a drink at the
Polar Bar. Go on an arctic expedition
over the roofs of munich and enjoy
the magnificent view.
The unique design of the bar was
developed by HANSANDFRANZ in close
colaboration with the fashion brand
Stone Island and MINI.
